Construction*

Construction is a member's only skill that allows players to build there own houses which can have as many as 30 rooms in them. This was a long awaited skill for many players. So what can yo do in these houses you ask? You can fix armour, have butlers and sevents, engage your friends in a friendly boxing match, and sit down for a nice evening by the fire. If you have the money(which i am told to get 99 in it you need to have about 100m saved up) then let's start the guide!

To start this skill i will tell you how to get a house and start making it your home. You can purchase a house for 5,000gp.

Now that you have bought your house you should put some furniture in it. Go to the lumber yard(north-west of Varrok), cut down some logs, and then tell buy a plank for 100gp each plank you want made. You also need some nails, lower levels shoould buy more nails(you use a lot trust me)than other players with higher levels. Higher metal nails hold things in place longer. You also need a saw, a hammer, and bolts of cloth(to make rugs and drapes.) Here are the different rooms you can make:

• Level 1 = Parlour (1,000gp)
• Level 1 = Garden (1,000gp)
• Level 5 = Kitchen (5,000gp)
• Level 10 = Dining Room (10,000gp)
• Level 15 = Workshop (10,000gp)
• Level 20 = Bedroom (10,000gp)
• Level 25 = Skill Hall (15,000gp)
• Level 30 = Games Room (25,000gp)
• Level 32 = Qombat Room (25,000gp)
• Level 35 = Quest Hall (25,000gp)
• Level 40 = Study = (50,000gp)
• Level 42 = Costume Room (50,000gp)
• Level 45 = Chapel (50,000gp)
• Level 50 = Portal Chanber (100,000gp)
• Level 55 = Formal Garden (75,000gp)
• Level 60 = Throne Room (150,000gp)
• Level 65 = Oublitte (150,000)
• Level 70 = Dungeon Rooms (7,500gp per room)
• Level 75 = Treasure Room (250,00gp)
